2019-08-28It is a specialized pain management center run by Prof. A. K. M. Akhtaruzzaman. He is the professor and current chairman of the 'Department of Anesthesia, Analgesia and Intensive Care Medicine' of BSMMU (former PG hospital). He used to manage pain conservatively; but when required do the interventions. Besides the chamber and waiting space for patients; a physiotherapy room, a procedure room and a recovery room is there. There is also a small medicine dispensing corner here. The most common interventions done here are 1. Ozone therapy for PLID, 2. PRP therapy for pain, 3. Plexus block, 4. Facet block, 5. Trigeminal block etc. Besides pain management, it is also a center of learning. CME (continuous medical education) program on different aspects of pain and management held every Saturday. Time to time, workshop on pain management techniques held too. It is one of the most advanced pain management center of Bangladesh.

2022-07-20This is a place for pain management. I have seen that people with many pain injuries come here and take their service. I didn’t go there for any reason. Hope they are good at their work.
