Anzara's bridal dress collection is just mind blowing. I am in love with the design sense and the quality of the product. The price is a little high though. The staff are well behaved and the showroom is quite fancy.

Worst clothing store and service. You may find a lot of good reviews but I am sure they all are fake and falsified. This is my wife's 3rd time visit just to fix her clothes. This is not her first time experience. Some of our relatives also had the same exact experience. This store needs to be more ethical and responsible. Moreover, they should value a customer's money and time. Never going back again.

I forgot to put this review. Better late than never.I hope this gets to the appropriate authority. When I went to Anzara before my wedding with my mom. I had all intentions to buy lehenga from Anzara. But the sales girls there.. Their attittude.. Expression was not welcoming at all. They were not paying any attention. At a point made us feel like that we would not be able to buy or afford. My point is, a good customer service will motivate even a customer not interested to buy at a moment, to return back to that shop when they are considering buying something. A premium wedding shop should have utmost priority to make their shop visitors feel pampered and feel secured. Even if they are not buying/ not considering buying from your shop. They must have their reasons right? This was not expected. And this behavior made me swear that I wont ever go to that shop.
