I recently visited the ROP Clinic at BSMMU for my newborn baby. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, and the clinic offers better services compared to others I've been to. However, it's crucial to be prepared for a significant time commitment during your visit, as the process can be quite time-consuming. One major drawback is the limited seating available in the clinic. There are not enough chairs to accommodate all the patients and their families, which can be quite inconvenient. I believe BSMMU should consider increasing the number of chairs in the ROP Clinic to improve the waiting experience. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the behavior of the clinic staff. Enhancing their interaction with patients would greatly contribute to a more positive experience. Despite these issues, the medical care provided is commendable, and the clinic's services are essential for newborns requiring ROP treatment.

We have always known that the responsibility of nurses and doctors in government hospitals is very low. Especially in this hospital, life ends while running from floor to floor. Among them, again the nurses' bad words. Everyone comes here in danger. But the nurses and assistant doctors here take advantage of people's danger and speak angrily on them. For middle class and lower class people like us, government hospital is a kind of blessing. But the service of nurse doctors here is very bad and dangerous. Humble request to the authorities to increase the service and responsibility policy in these government hospitals. Especially increasing the number of ICU beds and wards and the number of seats. We have to admit that the service activities of government hospitals are improving a lot from the past to the present day. Hopefully this improvement will continue.🫡🫡🫡.
