2023-07-24Terrible behavior, even worse service. I had called to print two notebooks for my sister and after confirming their BKash number, I sent the money, to which they confirmed that they received it. Next day when I'm supposed to receive my product, they said nope that's actually not their Bkash number, and when I showed them their own confirmation (and my bKash confirmation) they proceeded to misbehave sending me voice messages saying "gyan diya labh nai" and "korum na apnar kaj". I have whataspp screenshots and screen recordings of what they said. The platform itself is a great idea, but the people running the customer service are probably the printing workers who are not trained to handle customers and definitely have no etiquette worth interacting with. Disgusted.
