2023-02-12Very poor services. The only way to get work from them is to hold rent payment. I do NOT recommend their services, absolutely horrifying. You will not get any plumber/electrician/helper from their services without waiting two days, and NEVER come on time, ALWAYS late.

2021-06-20I have rented their flat in banani road 4, block a, house 135. I have had one of the worst experience renting with them. 1. They always lie and bluff about promises and never keep words on time. Extremely poor service and most furnitures they provide are below grade. 2. They also tend to add the TAX on the rent to the tenant even though it is suppose to be their responsibility. 3. We paid reasonably high service fee for this apartment but never got access to the roof top during our stay ! they kept promising that we would have access and that they will arrange it, but they never did even after more than 10 times of such promises . 4. Having a broken appliance or furniture replaced (which they offer in the first place) takes months for them ! and during this time, the would have a dozen of guys speaking to you while all these guys pretend that they have no idea of such request ! and thus just keep on delaying the replacement Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. Rather please use online services such as bproperty.com or bkroy to rent a place. If you love suffering, then Kalam real estate is your guy !
