18 Jun, 2020If you're looking for the worst customer service and the worst tech built by spending the largest amount of money, look no further. Dutch-Bangla Bank won't pick up your calls on helpline, their staff will treat you like trash and their services will leave you wishing you never had any money to deposit in the first place. If that's your thing, I highly recommend (NOT) Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd.

25 Apr, 2018It's not great, it's ok. One thing I learned in Bangladesh, service is secondary issue in business. Should have been all the way around. I hope they teach in business school importnce of good service. The world is very competitive. In USA, they say 'customer is always right.' My observations about Bangladeshi people are, they are very rude. They don't like to follow the rules. Therefore I can't just blame businesses.
