2025-10-28The worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. I paid 800 taka visit for a proper consultation , not to have a casual chat but the gynecologist "Dr. Zebunnesa" was unbelievably very rude, manner less, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was insulting as if patients have no right to ask question. When I tried to explain my problem, she mocked me saying things like, “Does only you have this problem in the world? I don't know why all of you have so much problem". That’s not how a doctor should talk to a patient. Definitely I met her because of my problem. I showed her my previous reports where another doctor had advised several tests, but she didn’t even bother to check properly and spent barely one minute with me. It was clear she had no patience or respect for patients. Money has value — and people deserve at least basic manners and proper attention after paying a 800 taka visit fee. I left without completing the treatment . Honestly, even if her consultation was free, it would still be a waste of money,time & energy. The hospital staff were also careless, inattentive, and unprofessional. It felt like everyone was just waiting to go home instead of doing their job. Overall, this hospital completely lacks basic professionalism, manners, and responsibility.

Abdul Alim Nadim MBBS (DMC), MD (Neurology) Neurology (Brain, Spine, Nerve, Headache, Migraine, Stroke) Specialist Assistant Professor, Neurology Department National Institute of Neurosciences & Hospital We went see the dr Nadim, however we did not receive a good service from him. He was showed hurry as many patient serial outside his door. The Patient has many pain from the brain side but he was taken this issue as a normal condition. Given some blood test and some medicine. After taken his medicine patient got to too much sleeping only. So Ibn sina should take necessary step.

2025-09-07They give 40% off in test results, but other than that there's no reason you should go to this branch. The space is too small for the amount of patients. The staffs are hostile. There's no rules and regulations, some people crowded the place like crazy, some of them tripped themselves on other people to see what they are doing inside a room. When I tell you, there's at least 3-4 for male companion of the patients in a room where there is strictly written "only women are allowed". even the doctors do not give enough time to a patient. Some of them see 2-3 patients at the same time, no privacy.

2022-12-20The reports of the Ibn Sina is good than the other diagnostic center in Bangladesh. The price is comparatively low. But the building is not big enough to give good service to patient. There are a huge gathering in front of lift always. Have to wait for a long time to get into the lift. The waiting room for doctors are not big enough. Sitting facilities are not sufficient for most of the famous doctor. Very few toilet facility. Have to wait a long to get the diagnostic report. Huge line most of the time in front of the report delivery desk. There are no parking facility. The road are always jam outside the hospital. If you bring a serious patient its truly a great sufferings to the patients family.
