2026-01-02I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel this experience warrants one. We booked well in advance for the Banani location for party makeup. Three of us arrived on time at 12:00 PM and were not finished until 6:00 PM. This happened twice! We booked for party makeup, saree, and hair style. Nothing extraordinary. The primary issue was staffing. The salon did not have adequate staff to accommodate us or the other guests, many of whom also expressed frustration and disappointment. I want to be clear that the makeup artists themselves were excellent, and I have no complaints about their skill or the quality of their work. The issue was entirely with management and poor planning. We were told that several staff members were on Christmas break. While it is completely reasonable for employees to take time off, management should have ensured sufficient staffing—especially during December and January, which are peak wedding and event months. Because of this lack of preparation, customers were left waiting for hours, creating unnecessary stress on what should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience. At this time, I do not recommend this place to anyone unless management corrects the staffing and scheduling issues to ensure customers are served in a timely and organized manner. For those who travel to BD from abroad for weddings and special events, be aware. Thank you,

2025-07-30I guess one of the best hair styling beauty salon for females. My wife went there for haircut and I see that was quite good. She loves this haircut from this beauty salon. Definitely price is high as per location like Banani, Gulshan. Outdoor seating is available for guests or males. Inside male is not allowed to enter. But inside has also seating capacity for girls only.

The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I opted for a facial and hair styling, and both services were done with great care and attention to detail. The products felt high-quality, and the results were fantastic—my skin looked fresh and glowing, and my hairstyle turned out exactly the way I wanted.

2026-01-03The reception ladies were extremely professional, friendly, and well-mannered. I am very satisfied with their service and would happily give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, the makeup artist did not meet my expectations. I selected a senior makeup artist and paid 2k extra for an early start, yet she arrived late. While she was polite, her working style was unprofessional. She threw her tools around and did not consult me about the makeup style or eye look. Proper communication and professionalism were missing.

2025-12-23I’ve been a loyal customer of lias beauty box since 2021 and I genuinely “loved” their service, however the new employees are so inconsiderate, I took a customised haircut appointment today and this lady that cut my hair had the audacity to not just ruin my hair but also but it from lower waist length to shoulder length when I specifically asked her not too. The face framing bangs look like some toddler was given scissors.
