Story Of Arab Cuisine
Arab food Better food” It’s fresh, healthy, all the ingredients are premium quality less oil & less spicy food in the world. Arab cuisine is the cuisine of the Arabs, defined as the various regional cuisines spanning the Arab world, from the Maghreb to the Fertile Crescent and the Arabian Peninsula. These cuisines are centuries old and reflect the culture of trading in Baharat, herbs, and foods. Essential to any cooking in the Arab world is the concept of hospitality and generosity. Meals are generally large family affairs, with much sharing and a great deal of warmth over the dinner table. Formal dinners and celebrations generally involve large quantities of lamb, and every occasion entails large quantities of Arabic coffee or Arabic tea. There are many regional differences in the Arab cuisine. For instance, mujadara in Syria and Lebanon is different from mujadara in Jordan and Palestine. Some dishes, such as mansaf (the national dish of Jordan), are native to certain countries and rarely, if ever, make an appearance in other countries.

11 Apr, 2024During the month of Ramadan, we ordered the Arabian Platter for Four as a home delivery and it was super amazing. After a long time we had Kabsa and yeah, we enjoyed it a lot😋! The platter came up with an Arabian Kabsa, Ruz Bukhari, Chicken Mandi, Chicken Al-Faham and Chicken Sistowk (I LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY EVEN MEAN 🤧). They provided a Beiroot Salad and a Mint Sauce (Chatni) with the platter. The platter was pre-decorated with a BIG lamb leg. The meat of the leg was SOOOO SOOFFTTTTT AND TASTYYYY😋😋😋😋😋!!!! The chicken items were amazing too. Most importantly, the whole platter was served hot. As a home delivery, it was BEWOND OUR IMAGINATION THAT IT WOULD BE THIS NICE! The whole platter was very well packed. The SPECIALITY of Little Arabia is they use VERY LITTLE AMOUNT of oil in their food items. So you'll not feel uncomfortable after overloading yourself with the Kabsa 😂. The person who took our order was very humble as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our Kabsa and recommend this restaurant to everyone!

27 Mar, 2019This one of the very few Arabian restaurant in Dhaka. I didn't find the restaurant very impressive. The restaurant is located on a floor of a busy commercial building. The restaurant is congested and not so well maintained. The food is ok the price is much higher than the quantity and quality. They should be more focus on food's freshness. They offer home delivery and I think they are mostly focus on that.
