2026-03-10I cannot deny this place is beautiful. I haven’t seen nothing like this in Bangladesh ever, the employee named shohag Helped us out tremendously. The staff inside were wonderful Three of them followed us everywhere hold our keys phones wallet took pictures of us, But I don’t know how This park will last because you were the only person there, Like literally nobody else was there so I felt like I rented the whole park for the day for my wife’s Anniversary, Make sure you follow the rules and regulation of what to wear or else you’ll end up after paying a lot of money to buy clothing from inside. And yes, because they are a business, they will find every opportunity to charge you for things. If you’re expecting free entry for your kid, they have to be under 3 feet. No exception, not even an inch And they also charge you 15% tax which then never told me about. I’m used to American parks And the quality of this park comes close to them. But make sure you read all the rules and regulation because they’re followed by the book. The other thing is whenever you booking online or talking to somebody on WhatsApp, they are not always truthful about all the information and that was very disappointing. The customer service inside was tremendous but customer service outside was horrible if I could’ve given him a zero star I would. I wasted 25,000 take For four people and I was never told that park will close at four because it’s Ramadan. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve came in a different day. So make sure you get as much as information as possible.

2026-03-03It was an amazing experience today. We visited the most wonderful water park for sure, there rides, food and service was excellent. The price is high but the service they provided was upto mark, Alhamdulillah. The whole staff of Mana Bay were really friendly and supportive. Thank you 😊

2026-05-23Had an amazing stay at Mana Bay! We took the full board package with a deluxe room, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and waterpark access. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and feels fully international standard. The resort rooms honestly felt like five-star quality — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food quality and quantity were both excellent, and every meal was satisfying. The waterpark was the highlight for me — I tried almost all the rides and everything felt very safe, well engineered, and professionally managed. It can easily be compared to waterparks outside Bangladesh. One thing that really stood out was the staff and their behaviour. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole stay. They assisted us with everything warmly and made the experience even better with their hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth visiting!

2025-09-29Amazing experience at Mana Bay. We went during their 2nd anniversary so the tickets were on a 50% discount and I’d say that was a steal! Loved the vibe (specially in the evening when the lights were up), the rides were super fun- definitely got multiple adrenaline rushes. The water was super clear too and all the services were on point. Their souvenir shop wasn’t like any other where they put up a store just for the sake of it. It was very cute to begin with plus they had an amazing collection of relevant stuff so did some shopping too. One thing i must mention is that the changing area blew me away- it was super clean and organized, even had multiple hair dryers, so hands down the best I’ve ever seen! The food at the cute cafe was yummy too. Another thing that felt heartwarming was that while checking out they handed us complimentary juice and ice-creams which was like a cherry on top. So all in all- a great experience indeed. Can’t wait to go back! 💕

2025-09-22It was a great experience. Obviously pricey but if you have any discount you definitely shouldn't miss it. The rides are thrilling but similar too! The food was awful though but overall experience was good. What I loved the most was the cleanliness. If i have any chance I'll definitely visit again.
