2025-12-13bought z10 turbo+ from their shop, on 1 dec 2025. used it for a few days like 5-6 days and noticed something odd, back panel flexes a little bit. i tried to communicate with them but they were too rude and didn't even bothered to solve these problems, i still have my replacement warranty but they denied it and said it was a physical damage from me, there is no single scratch on the phone still they claimed that it wasn't manufacture error but physical damaged cause by me, anyways 40k bdt wasted, avoid this shop at any cost!!

2025-11-28As part of their scam, the “brand-new” phone they sell you will have no charge, so you have to go home, charge it, and only then turn it on. That’s when you discover the truth — it’s actually a used phone. Even if you notice fingerprints on the so-called new device, they’ll claim it’s “factory fingerprints.” The worst part is that they won’t accept any returns. Once you buy it, you’re stuck with it. This is a huge scam.

2024-07-26Scammer alert‼️ They literally sold me a blacklisted iphone 15 pro max which was stolen and reported and now they are saying its not their fault. Please be careful while buying your expensive mobile phone. The store should be reported to police!! Who knows how many poor people got scammed by them. Most of these good reviews are paid.

2026-02-02Horrible communication skill, they will tell you that they have the variant of the phone that you want to buy and will tell you to book it and confirm.Later when you go to the shop they won't be able to give you the model that you pre ordered.In short they are scammers
