2025-11-09Their service is very bad. They shout at you and also do not provide services as the test says. For example I asked for 4D ultrasound for pregnancy profile, i even paid the money 2000 Taka. but I got 3D ultrasound instead of 4D. ALSO the people who takes or draw your blood work are very unprofessional, unskilled and rude. One picked her nose before drawing my blood🤮, when i told her to wash her hands, she got very angry and yelled at me DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB. She didn't even sanitized her hand 🤮🤮. There is another one in the morning shift, that stupid lady can't draw bllood, every time she took my blood, my vein got injured and my bleeding didn't stop for 2 days ,, the moment i peeled of the band aid , it started bleeding again also my whole hand was bruised . Other's people, thhey can't do the blood work properly either, they kept poking my every vein and saying you don't have blood when its clearly skill isssue because none of them are qualified to do their job. Also the woman who took my vaginal swab for culture , she literally took the skin of while swabing that i bled for 2 days and still its sore and swollen and its been 3 weeks. ALSO the doctor who do the ultrasound in the evening shift, is very rude also the staff related to helping that doctor, whhen i asked questions aboout my pregnancy, they literally screamed at me and told me am i uneducated that i am questioning doctor , what thhat supposed to mean who the helll knowss? also when i told them i came from outside the dhaka, i didn't do ultrasound before, i don't have any reports with me, that woman of the front desk keep asking me the same question why didn't you bring the report as if asking same question change the outcome then when i told again i came outside from dhaka, i don't have any repoort, she insisted on i send someone to bring report or send the report inn my phone when i reportedly told them i don't have any then another one came and said if you don't bring any report doctor won't do your ultrasound which again i said i don't have any but they insisted go send someone to have your report even if i told them again i came alonee outside from Dhaka. They harassed me unnecessary for no reason. Then doctor said i won't do your ultrasound without previous report , i said i Don't have any then she lashedd out on me how people get pregnant unnecessarily without a care for their child. All of this was unnecessary and rude. I hope popular fire those staffs and Doctors.

2020-02-16One of the popular diagnostic centers of Dhaka. This is their shyamoli branch. I only had to go their once for my father. Their service seemed good. Not over priced like apollo or lab aid. But I have heard about their bad reputation as well. They often cannot maintain the timeline to provide the reports.
