2024-01-21If you want a place with a lot of empty, cheap but new flats, this is the place! It's located between Mirpur DOHS and Uttara and is a quarter the size of DOHS. A lot of buildings are currently under construction here. The roads are a bit narrow for a place this young and are in dire need of repair. It is a gated community but didn't feel restricted. Being close to the air port you will often hear planes taking off and landing. Not many people live here at the moment but I expect it to become a very busy place some day. Moreover, an MRT 6 metro rail station is within walking distance of the city. But it lacks greenery. It doesn't seem to have any park and has few small playing fields only.

2023-10-26Very Good and Secure Place. You can stay with Your family developing City but future Will be good. Metro rail and airport very near. But there is a lot of noise from the planes landing.

Rapid development is on due to it's close proximity to the Airport, Mirpur embankment road, upcoming Metro rail station and few private university campus locations. Offers round the clock security. A good place to stay.
