2022-06-26I was there to create a savings account. But, their service wasn't worthy enough. Most importantly, the front desk officer (who created my account) wasn't experienced. She didn't know ins and outs information about creating their own banking account. It was a horrible experience! Totally disappointed!

2025-08-24They're understaffed. I have been waiting to submit my tin for close to 40 minutes, still no one to help me out. Hire more people and speed up the process, its 2025.

2024-10-22Probably the worst private bank in the country right now. Went there two days to open a simple account. Waited for 40 minutes on the first day and then more than one hour the next day. It wasn't busy or anything at all, the customer service personnel were not just doing anything, or doing there work at snail's pace. Got disgusted and then walked out without taking the service. Highly discouraged to open an account here.

2024-09-30I would give 0 star if possible!! The wors customer service representatives are all here. Don't have any knowledge about banking. They are not here to help you they just found a way to ignore the matter or harrase you anyhow!! I would suggest to open a account in sonar bank but not in City bank dhanmondi branch. Worst customer service and a the women in the front desk is more worst. I called them before visiting the branch and in the 2 min of call time she able to say just a Hello and hold the call until my balance is finished. Seriously Sonar bank> City bank
