12 Oct, 2023Do not go! Such a waste of money! No professionalism. His makeup style dates back to early 2000s; cakey and thick layers of unmatched foundation. His assistants will completely ignore your suggestions and do whatever they wish to do. I had my hair wet. They didn't even bother drying it with a hairdryer before putting my hair up in a bun. You can get much better service at a cheaper price at some other places. Don't ruin your big day by getting your makeover done here.

02 Jan, 2023Don’t waste your money doing your bridal makeup here. They are the rudest people ever and I have no clue why they think they’re some big shots when the makeup he does is mediocre. I can literally do better makeup on myself than he can. He couldn’t even push the lash glue properly on and I had To go fix it myself at my hotel. He couldn’t recreate the makeup look I wanted and made me look like a drag queen. He has no experience on how to do makeup on light skin tones. I didn’t have glowing skin or smooth skin. It was all powdered up and dry. He didn’t even ask me what I wanted for my hair. I wanted a gorgeous updo bun. All I got is my hair covered in a flower cap. Made me wait from 11 am till 430 pm for what? To spend 5 mins on my hair and then take all that money. His sister who is a junior artist is the rudest person ever. She doesn’t listen to my sister when she wanted a certain eyeshadow color and instead did what she wanted. Like you are suppose to listen to the client. Then she was rude and asked why I’m stilling sitting at the place after being done. I told her I’m waiting for my car since I had no clue when to call my father to pick me up. They can take your time but god forbid you sit there waiting for your car for 30 mins due to the traffic in Dhaka. They ruined my wedding day. They don’t value anyone’s time and does not respect the customer. All my family will never go there and I for sure will never recommend any of my friends or family coming from USA to go here. Go to persona. They will treat you way better and actually treat you like a princess.

15 May, 2022Service cannot possibly get any worse. Claimed appointment was available but declined on the face when we offered digital payment instead of cash: this only makes sense when you are Money Laundering. Full story: My wife called them to book for a date in June. They said they are available. We went there to book immediately since they said they will close by 4 PM. After reaching there we offered paymemt through card or bKash (even offered the csh out fee on top). They said they only accept cash and they claimed every customer only paid through cash. Later on, they said they were mistaken and no appointment was available for the said date (just because we did not offer cash). Worst possible service. Most likely laundering money. Someone should report to Police.
