15 Oct, 2023Strongly oppose to using this agency for care of sick, elderly people. They send inexperienced staff. Each person was more inadequate than the one before. The caregiver also caused injury to my father (who can't speak) and tried to hide it, causing my father to need surgery in an already critical and extremely vulnerable state. Absolutely disgusted by this organisation.

14 Sep, 2023My Grandfather is a stroke patient and was paralyzed on one side. My mom called and maisha care promised to give us a caregiver that could provide my grandfather with everything he needed. Such as helping him go to the bathroom, shower, medication, food and more. They sent someone who refused to do any of that and told us that he could only watch him. WATCH HIM and thats all. So in summary we would be paying this “caregiver” to just sit and stare and my grandfather and not do anything else. We asked for a better cargiver and they refused.
