Additionally, one of the chairs had a minor defect, though customer service did assist in replacing it promptly. The prices are a bit steep compared to similar options, but the quality is decent. There's room for improvement in terms of delivery and quality control."

2024-03-19The worst possible service in the furniture industry.....leave these guyz out of your options. They take full payments upfront and when it comes to delivery, they become clueless and makes you go round and round...... go to Otobi or Brothers if you wanna save a lot of your time and money. Im sure the good reviews here are mostly from their own officials

2022-08-27One of the worst service, I have ever seen from any Bangladeshi Furniture and mattress shop. I paid advance to repair one of my mattress which I bought from Akhter furniture itself. And they collected the mattress 2 weeks back. During the time of collection, they said they will return the mattress with 6-7 days but after 2 weeks when I asked about my mattress in whatsapp sms they didn't even reply although they saw my sms. Following that, I called with my own number to their business account but they were not receiving my calls whereas, when I called from another number they picked the call. Additionally, on their request I provided twice my mattress photo to them, to get at least an update and to know when I may get back my mattress. Unfortunately, there was no update regarding my mattress from their side. Very Very bad service from a renowned group like this. Hope their authority will take some proper step to tailor their service system. Otherwise, sell the mattress no issue but please stop providing service which creates such kind of hassle for customers.
