Today I bought an ergonomic chair from S A Furniture and their service completely impressed me. The branch manager, Shourabh bhai, deserves a special mention for how far he went to help me out. It was Sunday, their weekly holiday, but when I called and explained that my chair had broken and I urgently needed one for work, he opened the store just for me. That gesture alone says a lot about their commitment. After buying the chair, I ran into a funny yet stressful situation. Since I went there on my motorcycle, I hired a rickshaw puller to carry the chair to my place. I told him to follow me and gave him a rough address, since the plan was for him to just follow my bike. But while I was unlocking my motorcycle, he suddenly disappeared. I searched everywhere but couldn’t find him and thought he had run away with my chair. I called Shourabh bhai again and he immediately came back to help me. We even went around Taltola and Agargaon together looking for the rickshaw puller. When it seemed hopeless I told him not to waste his time, but he still took another rickshaw and tried a different route to check the area. By the grace of Allah, I eventually found the rickshaw puller waiting at the location with the chair. It turned out he had simply chosen to wait there instead of following me, which caused all the confusion. What stood out to me was how dedicated Shourabh bhai was. None of this was his fault, yet he went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t left in trouble. That kind of effort is rare these days. I haven’t had enough time to properly review the chair itself yet, but if this is the level of service they provide, I’m confident the product will also be good. For this reason alone I can happily recommend S A Furniture. Big thanks to them, to Shourabh bhai, and of course to Almighty Allah for how everything worked out.

Some of the employees in this shop are very rude. They talk too arrogantly, they think that their brand and product quality is very good so customers are forced to buy. If you take such an attitude, you will not take it or not. There is one elder in particular, he does not take any order from that customer if the customer asks about something or wants a design. He even tells them to leave saying he will not take the order. The price and attitude of their furniture are much higher than their mind. highly not recommended this furniture shop, because of their sales policies and rude behavior with the customer's and arrogant & over confident. Customers are the key to the success of business, they really need to understand how to deal and communicate with the customers. I will prefer the owner of this business really need to look at how their employees treat their customers. Then if needed they should arrange a training program or suspend those employees from the company. This is our personal experience which happened yesterday Noon. The senior person really needs to say sorry for his worst behavior with us.
