07 Jun, 2026Service quality is improving. The office is busy, so expect waiting time, but most procedures are now more organized than before. My advice is to prepare all documents in advance and avoid middlemen (it's called Dalal).

05 Jul, 2026Went there to get my car's fitness done. Tried rightway, without engaging any broker. Now system has developed but still brokers are there. Hassel and brokers are all still there. But despite these hassel, still it's possible to get done honestly, with out brokers. That's one positive side. I hope the systems will be more refined in coming days.

If you are a regular person then chances of getting proper services without bribery are down to around 1-5%. This 1-5% chances are actually your luck. If you have any business here consider taking a whole day leave if you are a job holder.

23 Jul, 2026I was very satisfied with their service. My only suggestion is to put some people in the "Help Desk" section. Though people in other desks helped me out without any hesitation. I did not get my work done due to some technical issue but the staff in room 119 clearly explained to me the root cause behind it. That's all I was looking for. I firmly belive, if you behave well with people they are more than willing to help you. Thank you BRTA team. BTW, if you want to put number plate on your vehicle, head over to the BRAT in PURBACHAL in the near abouts of the 300 feet road.

27 Jan, 2023All type of vehicle related documentation like registration, license, fitness etc are done here. You will find many illegal brokers surround you. To get your job done you must have a lot of patience.
