Darul Ihsan University is a purely non-profit educational institution. Like many other private Universities of the country, it is also being developed out of the funds/contributions made available through net surpluses of the students’ fees and donations of the benevolent personalities/institutions from home and abroad. The greatest of all contributors was the Late Professor Dr. Syed Ali Ashraf himself.

This is the Main & Only Centre for University Coordination Unit as per UGC last Notice. Student can visit there for getting administrative & verification supports. Recently this Honourable Trust Board getting permission to establish New University's (Proposed) Sir Prof "Syed Ali Ashraf" - who was the founder of DIU & Most respected Islamic Scholar & Academician. He was Professor of English and Head of Dept English, Karachi University.
