2025-11-13When you think of premium gym, think of Gold's gym. If you nearby panthapath, green road or even kawran bazar and looking for a clean and quality place to build muscles then visit Gold's Gym located at Level 8 of Bashundhara City. They have all sorts of foreign exercise equipments and machinaries you might think of and even a decent pool (men and women time based).

2026-01-27The most dirtiest gym I have ever visited. Their change room/wash room is super dirty. They don't maintain hygiene at all and the gym staffs are unprofessional. Compare to their membership fee, this gym is a complete dirt. Don't waste your money. With that much of membership fee, you can get way better gyms at Gulshan or Banani area

2025-12-01I visited Bashundhara Gold Gym and had an appointment with one of their instructors. I shared my health issues and different types of pain in detail, but throughout the entire conversation he was fully focused on his phone. This kind of behaviour from a well-known gym instructor is completely unacceptable. I live abroad, and abroad gym instructors treat clients like friends — they listen, they guide, and they welcome new members with respect. But even after talking for more than 20 minutes, I did not receive proper attention from him. An instructor without basic manners on how to talk, welcome, and guide new clients can be harmful both for the gym’s reputation and for clients’ health progress. I am sharing this feedback to alert the management and inform other residents or potential members. No one should have to face such unprofessional behaviour in a gym environment.

2025-12-27Good gym with Technogym weights and equipment, pool and other facilities. Day pass starts from 2000 taka. You do need to bring gym shoes as you cannot wear outside shoes
