I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Serena Dhaka! The staff were exceptional in their service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, exactly as I had requested. While the buffet breakfast was decent, it was the excellent service from the staff that truly made my stay memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Serena Dhaka for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sarina Dhaka, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant and modern design. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was also very nice, with high-quality toiletries and plenty of towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop pool. It's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, with amazing views of the city skyline. I also enjoyed spending time in the hotel's spa, which offers a variety of treatments and massages. The hotel's restaurants are also top-notch. I had the opportunity to try all three of them, and each one was better than the last. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Stayed there for a night, we had two rooms, both rooms are at very high standard, unfortunately one room was full of windows looking out at the front and side, however other room only had a window in the bathroom and non in the main room, price for both was the same. The hotel had a nice swimming pool on roof with some sitting area along with decent views. Breakfast was really good with selection of buffet as well as freshly cooked omlet to order.

Overall our experience with the buffet ifar and dinner was good. As requested they kept our parking spot. Food tastes just average. The washroom facilities with the dining were very limited. The place is worth for repeated visit.
