2026-03-05Review: Jawnaioo Service & Ramada Food and Hotel Ambience The service by Jawnaioo was excellent and very professional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how politely they treated guests. The food at Ramada was also very delicious and well presented. Every dish tasted fresh and flavorful. The hotel ambience was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The lighting, seating arrangement, and overall environment created a relaxing and classy atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great service, tasty food, and a lovely ambience. I would definitely recommend it.

2026-03-05Having experienced brunch at several Ramada locations in North America, I must say the hospitality at Ramada Cox’s Bazar was among the best. The service and overall experience truly stood out. I would especially like to recommend Ms. Sani at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay memorable with beautiful room décor, a sea-facing bed arrangement, and excellent food options. The breakfast was outstanding and offered a great variety. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to Cox’s Bazar. 😊

2026-03-07I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was truly top-notch. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I was especially impressed by the team at Sonali Restaurant—their behavior and hospitality were excellent. A special mention goes to Sajib Kumar at Sonali Restaurant. His warm attitude and the excellent coffee he served made the experience even better. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar.

2026-03-07The location is fantastically beautiful, right by the heart of the sea. The Panorama Suite Room was an amazing place to stay, with a great view and all the necessities we needed and replaced on time. The hotel staff were always very well-behaved and helpful. Ali Hossein at the restaurant assisted us with some checkout queries, which was very helpful. Overall, the experience was great. The only thing I’d hope to see improved next time is the shuttle service. When we called, the call was hung up, leaving us waiting. The information was later taken through WhatsApp, but there was no confirmation message, which left us a bit confused. However, once we arrived, the overall experience turned out to be even better than we expected. My husband and I are definitely very happy! 😊

2026-02-28We stayed at this hotel during a very difficult time when my baby was unwell. I cannot express how grateful we are for the care and compassion we received. The staff were incredibly supportive and understanding, which meant so much to us as worried parents. A special thanks to Ms. Riya for her tremendous support. Her kindness, prompt help, and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier for our family. She truly made a difference. We will always remember this kindness. Highly recommended for both excellent service and heartfelt hospitality.
