Their behaviour is very good and the quality of the test is acceptable everywhere. The place is well air-conditioned and well furnished. The washroom facility is also adequate.

Even after being given a specific appointment time, patients are made to wait for a long period, and the doctor still does not arrive on time. Patients’ time is clearly not being valued—this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional behavior.
