Excellent!
Our first child was born here. We were under the supervision of Dr. Tasnuva. She is really really helpful and very amicable. She took the time to answer/explain any questions we had on every visit and helped us throughout the whole journey.
All the staff were very friendly and professional as well. We stayed 3 days at the hospital after the C-section; throughout the time, proper cleanliness was maintained and we got all the services as needed. The nurses were preemptively checking everything for us to make sure my wife and kid are doing well.
All in all, I can't recommend Nagorik Specialized Hospital enough! A definite 5/5.

Very bad service. Stay away from specialized, neighborhood clinic is not worthy. Being close to home, I took a cancer patient to donate blood. Recessionist doesn't know where any service is provided in the hospital, on asking something, he shows the bill counter on the 2nd floor. A half-educated person sits at the bill counter who cannot understand anything despite being told repeatedly, and everything is blamed on us that we do not understand, misunderstand etc. Sitting next to a thug, whose job seems to argue! That guy in billing for a blood transfusion sends one to the emergency, one to the OT! Finally, I found the ward myself and took the patient, there was no nanny or ward boy. The package said 4000 rupees for giving blood, but again I had to buy canola, syringe, medicine! When asked why they wouldn't be included in the package, the billing guy replied, "That's how our package is"! He does not want to hear anything after the bill! After applying the canola, the nurse's wrist swelled! Half an hour later, the nurse came from OT and began to nurse! Blood crossmatch and transfusion which usually takes 4-5 hours took 7 hours! After repeatedly saying that if the cancer patient receives this service, then it is better not to stay in this hospital!
I pray that by making people victims of the situation, your business will flourish and make a mountain of money. Just keep paying bills in the name of service, the patient will get better by himself.
