26 May, 2024They don't deliver products, When I complained they said After ordering online I have to confirm order by phone when they call. This is stupid system. And they can call anytime, Like I have to be prepared for their call and confirm. Didn't even reply my email. What is the point of this online shopping platform?

10 Mar, 2024Worst i have ever experienced. Ordered item on 24th feb. Showed shipped status immediately but no further update. After contact with them for several times still they didn't respond. Then after two weeks informed me that item is not available. It's getting interested now as they replied here immediately although they didn't respond to me after two weeks. It's clear they are not serious about their customer.

25 May, 2024They are worst and fraud e-commerce website. If you paid in advance for products, they will not deliver your products. I ordered several products and paid in advance, and still 45 days passed they did not delivered my products, I texted their facebook pages also made several call to their hotline numbers but they are just useless, they are just a scam.

21 Apr, 2024I placed an order for T-shirt and made the payment via bKash with them on the first of Ramadan 2024, So many time called on customer care because this goods gift for my relative. then10 days after Eid, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. 06 Mar, 2024I placed an order for an Induction cooker and made the payment via bKash. However, it has been over 20 days, and I still haven't received my product. Despite reaching out to their hotline number regularly, I have received no concrete updates or solutions. Each time, I am met with the same vague response: "We will try to deliver your product as soon as possible." The lack of communication and transparency from their end is incredibly frustrating. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have requested a refund, but even that seems uncertain at this point. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience.
