2025-11-19One of the saddest thing in Bangladesh is: when you get to know, all the eye glass frames that you used for over 10 years were all non brand. Also, when you asked about the availability of any brand, they displayed you a frame claiming to be a Ray-Ban product.

2026-01-13Don't order anything besides Books. None of the products are in stock and I always have to cancel them because they take too long. Also the refund process is horribly slow.

2025-12-01I ordered a soundbar from Rokomari on 22 Nov and received it on 24 Nov. Unfortunately, the product was broken and faulty the moment I took it out of the box. I reported the issue right away, and after multiple messages to the helpline, the product was finally picked up on 27 Nov. I couldn't even use it for a minute, yet I had to go through several help-chat conversations just to return it. Now I'm being told it will take 10-15 days for a replacement or servicing.. And this might take longer based on supplier's availability. Honestly, Why i have to wait this long for a refund or a proper replacement, especially when the product arrived damaged in the first place? Is my time a joke ? After 8 freaking days i got by refund and they did deduct the delivery charge. What a policy!! 😹 This has been a disappointing experience. Ain't gonna suggest anyone for sure.

2025-09-23Very disappointed with the support from Rokomari. The lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating, and the support experience so far has been unsatisfactory. I truly expected better service and accountability from a platform like Rokomari. Ref: Order ID: 27165542078916. One of the book in my list is available for sale , But not delivered to me . The book is দ্যা রোজি প্রজেক্ট. From Sept 17 , waiting for update & But still no one update about it
