2026-02-27I recently took their hair spa, pedicure, and the new pluck service and honestly, everything was amazing! I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff behavior was so warm and welcoming; everyone was very cooperative and professional. It’s truly one of the best places to relax. The environment is so nice calming 🥹,it instantly lifts your mood. I genuinely feel every girl should visit this salon at least once. Highly recommended! 💖

2026-02-10You’ll get far better service at any other salon in Banani or Gulshan for a lower price. This place treats customers in a purely transactional way, with no professionalism or care. The front desk lady was rude and clearly untrained for a customer-facing role. She couldn’t understand basic salon terminology and completely misunderstood my request for a bouncy blow-dry, assuming it was a party hairstyle and charging an unreasonable amount. The Dhanmondi branch environment was extremely poor with bad odour, mosquitoes, loud Facebook reels, and staff gossiping and cussing about people, politics, and religion. Absolutely not the relaxing experience a salon should provide. I booked a protein treatment, haircut, threading, and blow-dry, and the service was careless and unsafe: • I wasn’t asked to change into a gown, and my sweatshirt was ruined with hair treatment product. • During hair wash, my clothes were completely drenched. • They tried to dry my clothes with a hairdryer and burned my neck , I had to scream to get their attention. • I requested warm water due to having a cold, but they ignored it. • Oil was dripping into my face and eyes, and when I asked for a facial wipe (mind you this is supposedly a bridal salon), they acted as if they didn’t know what wipes were. On top of everything, they didn’t even style my hair according to my request. The entire experience became so uncomfortable that I rushed everything just so I could leave. The washroom was untidy, the air circulation was horrible, and overall this was a stressful, unhygienic, and unprofessional experience. I left feeling disrespected and physically hurt. Strongly recommend avoiding this salon as you wont be taken care off.

2025-11-03I took their Botox for my very damaged hair and coloured my hair . I must say they provide me the best service in Dhaka . I can’t imagine visiting any other salon other than signature look by Samia… Overall it’s a very good experience and without any hesitation I will visit again for further services. Thanks a lot signature look by Samia for making my dull damaged hair beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️

2026-01-19Took facial and bridal makeover. And it was worth it. Though the saree draping was little bit not so good but the makeup was top notch. Thanks to the in house artist who made my special day more beautiful just what as I wanted.❤️ their behaviour was also friendly.
