29 May, 2024I had an excellent stay here for 1 night. But as a 5 star hotel they must need to improve there services a little more. Whatever my experience was good overall and that's why I'm giving 5 star but I wish google should have a option of 4.5 star in near future.

25 May, 2024There is no easy this hotel is remotely close to five star. Three star at best of I'm being generous. Rooms are large but dated. Carpets throughout the hotel and bathroom need a serious upgrade. There is no proper entry. You literally walk in from the sidewalk like entering a shop and suddenly you're in a hotel. Whoever heard this a five star clearly had never been in a proper five star establishment. The dining room is like a huge mess hall, lacking character and charm. The hotel windows haven't been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was mediocre. A fair amount of choices but nothing was great. No bacon and the beef substitute was anemic looking so I didn't try. Coffee is a bowl of nescafe instant (five star?) and make it yourself with a hot water kettle. Had an Indian lunch choice. Was good. Staff was friendly and attentive but some had very limited English language skills (five star?) It's close to the airport if that's your requirement. Overall it's OK but on a three star level at best.

21 Apr, 2024don't get mislead by the picture the rate, the hotel is deeply old, the executive rooms are totally miserable you can't control the air conditioner , just on and off. the room temperature is fixed 23 or 24 degree depending on your luck. you can smell fungus is some rooms, and in the mini-fridge of course electricity turn on and off randomly most of the time. and in some cases you have to open the power panel in your room to turn on the power all the noises in the street you can hear it as background music all day and night! Think 10 times before choosing this hotel. I'm a frequent traveler , i work remotely , and this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had

31 Jan, 2024Had a wonderful stay at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort! The staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!
