2026-01-10I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this clinic. I underwent a Q-switch laser treatment, a HydraFacial, and a detailed facial skin analysis using their AI technology, and I was genuinely awestruck by the hospitality of the place. As a foreigner, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable — they even offered me merengue tea and explained how it helps with skin pigmentation. The assistant, wearing a lovely green hijab, was incredibly respectful, attentive, and kept checking in on me, saying things like, “Please don’t mind, I’ll check up on you in five minutes. Relax, sit here, do this,” which made me feel calm and cared for throughout. The doctor was highly professional, explained all the treatments that would work best for my skin, and even went out of her way to prescribe retinol when I requested it. I really appreciated how thoughtful and personalized the service was. Overall, the staff’s kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made this experience exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic.

From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Doctor explained all my options clearly and made me feel at ease about the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, and I barely felt a thing thanks to the local anesthetic. I was given clear aftercare instructions, and the recovery was smooth with no complications.
