Traveling is super easy now with online tickets and info. But even with great facilities, you still see homeless people sleeping on the platforms. The government should really step up to make the station safe and organized, and help those people. It's also super important to clean up the bathrooms and fix them quickly so they're actually usable. If they sort these things out, it'll truly be a world-class station.
